Strategies for using blogging as a reflection tool in advanced art courses will be introduced. Attendees will also learn how students can submit blog links on Canvas for the assessment using built-in rubrics.
Participants will: Create a Blog using Google’s Blogger Software Develop a rubric using the National Arts Standards in Canvas to seamlessly grade and transition to Infinite Canvas. Discuss the benefits of larger PBL projects in advanced courses and how blogs can be a way to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
